Both parties agree to keep confidential any proprietary or sensitive information shared during the course of the business relationship. This includes business strategies, financial information, client data, and technical systems. This obligation survives the termination of any service agreement.
We provide AI-powered tools and automation services designed to improve your business operations. However, we do not guarantee specific business results, revenue outcomes, or return on investment. Results vary based on your industry, business model, market conditions, and your own efforts. Any projections or examples shown on our website are illustrative only and not guarantees of performance.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, RJ USA Management LLC and Forge Biz Consulting shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of our services. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total fees paid by you in the 3 months preceding the claim.

Upon termination, your obligation to pay any outstanding fees remains.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Palm Beach County, Florida.
Before initiating any legal action, both parties agree to attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiation for a period of 30 days. If the dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation, the parties may pursue mediation before resorting to litigation.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted on this page with a revised "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
